Shipping policy

Shipping Policy:

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of being placed. In the event of a public holiday, dispatch times may be extended to accommodate the holiday schedule.

Refund & Cancellation Policy:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. If the product received is faulty in any way, a full refund or exchange will be provided. If you change your mind about the purchase, a 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total order value. An order can be cancelled for no cost within 12 hours of placing the order.

Shipping Costs for Returns:

Return shipping will be covered by Safety Gadgets. You will not be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return of the product.
