Some acts that come under Street Harassment are whistling, leering, using sexist, homophobic or trans phobic remarks. Continuous calls for name, number or place after the “no” is given to them, use of sexual names, numbers, and demands; teasing through following, exhibitionism, masturbating in public places, sexually touching, molesting, and raping the victims.

Quid Pro Quo
In other words non-consensual and unlawful sexual actions translate to This For That. Hence, such a demeanour pertains to a situation. In this case an individual referred to as the harasser will use ways that are direct or indirect to convey that, the job offer or promotion/ positive change will only be granted if the victim agrees to have sexual relations or engage in sexual behaviour.
Hostile Environment
Sexual harassment is defined as a situation where the victim is subjected to undesirable conduct for reasons of his or her sex. It can also be done orally, by gestures, in drawings, or by using the body. (This forms physical, verbal or a social sexual harassment in a working or learning facility, making the environment uncomfortable, hostile or offensive).
Working place sexual harassment can be of various degrees, some of them are; Staring, lewd jokes, and whispers. And as for pictures of a pornographic nature, unnecessary touching, and invitations for sexual affairs, which are rather not essential, sometimes a sexual assault or rape occurs.
